Wig Return Policy

If the item has never been taken out from its packaging and the seal is not broken or altered, we will issue a full refund for the merchandise.

If a security seal is broken or the item is taken out from its package, there will be a 50% restocking fee.

If the item is altered such as trimmed or brushed, no refund will be issued. Please send us a prepaid postage, so we can ship it back to you.

We are sorry the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Any items indicated as 'final sale', 'non-exchangeable' or 'non-returnable' are all final sales.

Return Procedure:

1) Contact us at 1-888-569-3234 within 7 days of delivery date to request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you have an account with us, please go to “My Account” and choose the order and the item you wish to return. Then, fill out “Return Request” form, and obtain your RMA number within 7 days of delivery date.

2) Write your RMA number on the package, and return the merchandise to us at your own expense. Any package returned without RMA number will be refused or returned at recipient's expense.

   We recommend you using a carrier that offers tracking information or insurance for the package. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.

3) Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a credit back to your original payment method.

* If we find out the item is taken out from its package or a security seal is broken, there will be a restocking fee of 50%.

4) All returning merchandise must be arrived within 14 days from a RMA issued date.

If we find out the item is altered such as trimmed or brushed, it can not be returned, no refund will be issued. Please send us a prepaid postage, so we can ship the merchandise back to you.

Received a wrong or defected item:

If you receive a wrong or defected item, please follow this procedure:

1) Contact us at 1-888-569-3234 or email us at cs@elliebeauty.com with your order number within 3 days of delivery date to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

2) Write your RMA number on the package, and return the merchandise to us at your own expense. Any package returned without RMA number will be refused or returned at recipient's expense.

   We recommend you using a carrier that offers tracking information or insurance for the package. Your shipping will be reimbursed once we receive the package.

3) Once we receive the merchandise, our agent will contact you for further assistance.

If the item is not wrong shipped by us or not originally defected by a manufacturer, no refund will be issued. Please send us a prepaid postage, so we can ship it back to you.

Refusal of Delivery

 

Once you refuse a package, we will process refund after getting the package back. You will receive a refund for merchandise and tax (if paid) less shipping and handling. Even if your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping charge will be deducted. 

If you chose international shipping method, the deduction of shipping and handling will be double amount of the original shipping charges you paid to cover both ways.
