When do you ship?
EllieBeauty.com strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. In-stock items will be shipped in standard shipping times which are normally 24 hours or less. Since standard shipping times are not guaranteed, if you wish to find out the delivery time, please call us at 888-569-3234 or e-mail us at
cs@elliebeauty.com.

Our primary carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS, but we can work with other carriers upon your request. (Extra service fee may apply.)

How do you ship?

Shipping Options

USPS Priority Parcel Service

* The expedite shipping cut off time is 2 pm central time during Monday to Friday. Any order with expedite shipping service placed after this time will be shipped out on the following business day. So, if you place an order after 2 pm central time on Friday, your package will be shipped out on following Monday. For more details or requests, call us at 888-569-3234 for assistance. 

*Transit days for all shipments do not include the ship-out day, weekends or holidays.

*Saturday Delivery: You may request Saturday delivery option for extra fee. Please contact us at 888-569-3234 for details.

*Some services may not be available depending on your area. For more details, please contact us at 888-569-3234 or cs@elliebeauty.com.

* We will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your experdite shipping request.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the U.S. from our warehouse in Mississippi. Please note that Mississippi residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.

Some shipping restriction may apply depending on your payment method for security purposes.
1) For credit card payment: We can only ship to your billing address for your first order.
2) For PayPal payment: We can only ship to “confirmed address.”

International Shipping
For customers in Canada, you must process your payment via PayPal with “confirmed Address.” Customers are responsible for applicable import duty, so please check with your customs before placing an order.
Unfortunately, all other international orders won’t be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

APO/FPO Address
We welcome you! Your order will be handled just like any other domestic orders.

Shipping Rate
Please check on “view cart.” Then, click “Estimate Shipping and Tax” to calculate shipping rate. All shipping rates include shipping and handling cost.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping information via email when all or part of your order is shipped.  Carriers offer different services to track a package:

UPS: UPS provides the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment on tracking section on ups.com. Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the UPS delivery system. Check Tracking periodically for shipment progress updates.

USPS: Express Mail is the only mail class that provides automatic tracking information with the purchase of the service. For other mail classes (e.g. Priority Mail) do not provide tracking information when the item is in transit, but they do provide the ability to find out when the item arrived at its destination.
